    Xu Kejun: male,Han, born in January 1969 in Dalian, Liaoning Province, joined CPC in October 1997, began working in September 1991, graduate degree, master of business administration, incumbent Deputy Secretary of CPC Ganjingzi District Committee and Governor of Ganjingzi District, Secretary of Party Committee  of Ganjingzi District.

    Mr. Xu successively held Deputy Secretary of Youth League Committee of Ganjingzi District, Township Mayor Assistant and Deputy Township Mayor of Lingshui Town, Director and Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of Jiaofang Street, Member of Standing Committee of District Committee, Chairman of Federation of Trade Unions, Secretary of District Politics and Law Committee, Member of Standing Committee of Ganjingzi District Committee of CPC Dalian Municipal Committee, Deputy District Mayor of District People’s Government, Member of Party Working Committee of Dalian BEST City and Deputy Director of Management Committee (Bureau Level). Act as Deputy Secretary of CPC Ganjingzi District Committee and Governor of Ganjingzi District, Secretary of Party Committee of Ganjingzi District. since April, 2015.

    Take charge of overall work of district government. Be put in charge of Office of Government Set-up Committee, Auditing Bureau.

    Take charge of overall work of the party organization of the government , responsible for government systematic Party building work and the Building of the Honest and Clean Government work.
