    The whole district built 3 cultural and sports stadiums all year round, covered an area of 36,622 square meters, and total construction area of 38,911 square meters.

    The whole district undertook performance activities of “Sing Ganjingzi, Let Chinese Dream Fly” Chorus. It held “Welcome Lunar New Year” series of activities before Spring Festival. It held 51 public lectures of “Ganjingzi Culture Forum”. It undertook mass cultural series activities of 25th Dalian International Fashion Festival. It participated in 15th Galaxy Award of Liaoning Province, female solo On the Road of Dream Realization” selected by Ganjingzi was awarded as golden prize of Music. It undertook Ganjingzi District Culture Art Festival & 25th Sports Meeting of Office.

    The whole district inspected cultural management places for 2,060 places/times, dispatched 1,120 persons/times law-enforcement officials, registered and investigated 5 cases, over 10,000 illegal publications were taken over, it has been awarded as Advanced Collective of Dalian Municipal “Pornography and Illegal Publications Elimination” Work.

    The whole district intensified cultural relic patrolling forces, manufactured installation and protection symbols for four national key relic protection sites such as Shuangtuozi relics etc. It made 1st national removable archaeological survey well. It completed good collection, excavation and arrangement of non-material cultural heritage, and there were some non-material cultural heritage projects such as current provincial-level non-material heritage project as aged rice wine brewery technology, city-level non-material heritage project as Mou Family Bone Set, district-level non-material heritage project Shaman Pad Dyeing Technology, food carving etc.
[Health]
    District Medical Treatment and Public Health Center Project completed project approval and initiation, and obtained filing and licensing by construction committee all year round. The project also obtained reduction and exemption of municipal administrative foundation supporting facilities, 200 Yuan was exempted and reduced per square meter, exemption and reduction totaled to 8.19 million Yuan. It established brand new medical treatment and public health assessment mechanism, carefully developed contracted service of family doctors for focus groups. It has signed family doctor service agreements with 28,266 families, and 69,589 persons, and actively served focus group for 40,728 persons/times, and offered door-to door service for 6,945 persons/times in the whole year. It carried out struggles for illegal medical practice entirely, supervised and inspected 567 medical institutions within the jurisdiction. Supervision totaled to 582 points/times, coverage rate was 100%. It has made 30 cases of administrative penalty, and cancelled 14 “black clinics” without licenses. It has accepted and heard 47 cases of complaints and reports.

    18 kinds of notifiable diseases were reported in the whole district, there were 4,790 cases, morbidity was 446.62/100,000, compared to the same period of previous year, it lowered down 17.16%. It strengthened infectious disease control, developed investigation of epidemic situation and disposal according to standard of the requirements, carried out 243 individual cases investigation of epidemiological survey, 135 epidemic investigation and disposal cases. It actively developed immunization program, vaccine inoculation rate of national immunization program reached over 95%, immunization of relevant infectious disease morbidity declined to lower level. It strengthened report management of outburst of public health events, perfected emergency management system and report network, established and consummated reporter team of public health events.
   
    It reinforced health care system management of pregnant and lying-in women and children, strengthened publicity training and business guidance of street-level motherhood and children, instruction coverage rate reached 100%. It established complete pregnancy files for pregnant women and service files for children free of charge. Some important indicators such as in-hospital parturition rate of pregnant and lying-in women, high-risk pregnancy management rate, maternal mortality rate, mortality of children below 5 years old and infant mortality rate reached to regulated standard. It strengthened supervision management of delivery technique service in the whole district, made review work of baby-friendly hospital, established green channels of transfer and consultation for difficult and complicated pregnancy and lying-in diseases. Some settlement management such as children dietary, physical exercises, health examination, sanitary disinfection, disease prevention etc. were further perfected. Children in kindergarten health care management rate reached up to 100%, get-in physical examination rate of nursery and kindergarten staff and children reached up to 100%.
