[Urban and Rural Infrastructure Construction]
    In the full year, it organized 9 urban streets to develop green hill ecological system projects in the whole district, implemented 5 big landscape engineering projects such as forest streets, garden-type unit, exploitation of green block, garden and road etc. The whole district (built-up area) completed afforested areas of 1.75 million square meters, planted 660,000 trees and investment was 270 million Yuan.

    “One street, one scene” project of urban streets was orderly developed. It involved in 9 urban streets under administration, and district and street invested more than 13.8 million Yuan in total. New increased green area totaled to 108,000 square meters, 90,000 trees, 80,000 modules and 20,000 flowers were planted.

    It implemented 11 green projects with high standard, such as community recreational gardens. In order to improve living environment of residence, upgrade comprehensive indicators in the community environment, financial resources invested by the district as 20 million Yuan, 11 community recreational garden projects were newly built.

    It actively promoted “Five Top One” construction projects. It transformed one part of abandoned building and yard projects: It has transformed 29 abandoned buildings with construction area of about 100,000 square meters. It transformed and upgraded one road and street environment project: it has transformed 3 roads and streets as Songjiang Road, Shandong Road, Huabei Road, it totaled to 4.2 km. It has transformed 187 buildings with construction area of 526,000 square meters. It newly constructed one parking lot project: 1,027 berths of parking lot were newly built. It has newly constructed one citizen fitness site project: Caixiayouyuan situated at Hongqi Street, covered an area of 27,000 square meters. One market place project was newly constructed: Yongxing farmers’ market situated at the north of Zhonghua Road, construction area was about 5,000 square meters with over 300 booths, it met daily living requirements of residents from many surrounded residence communities.

    It completely implemented “Warm-up houses” project. It has transformed 314 buildings with construction area of 900,000 square meters, and benefited 16,100 household residents, city and district government invested 270 million Yuan.

    District government invested over 15 million Yuan, maintained 50 civil administration streets, lanes and roads, totaled to 135,000 square meters. It mainly covered 9 urban streets, and total project was divided into three-phase to implement. It focused on solving the problems of damaged roads, inconvenient trips, and imperfect facilities, involved in over 20 blocks, benefited more than 100,000 residents, feasibly solved “last 1 km” problem of contacting and serving the mass.
