[Industry and Construction Industry]
     In the full year, the whole district owned 272 industrial enterprises above base-line, which realized aggregate industrial value of RMB 39.11061 billion Yuan with 5.8% year-on-year declination; realized main business income of 31.24146 billion Yuan which held basic flat line with previous year; realized total profit amount as 1.53471 billion Yuan with 5.8% year-on-year growth; realized total profit and tax amount of 2.85324 billion Yuan with 8.6% year-on-year growth; comprehensive energy consumption amount was 811,847 tons standard coal with 6.62% year-on-year declination.

     Total output value of light and heavy industry lowered down to some extent. The whole district owned 184 heavy industry enterprises above base-line, realized total industrial value as 28.66005 billion Yuan with 5.7% year-on-year declination, there were 88 light industrial enterprises, which realized total industrial output value as 10.45056 billion Yuan with 5.9% year-on-year declination.

     Total output value of various ownership economy was largely affected by economic fundamentals. State-owned enterprises realized total industrial output value of 6.21974 billion Yuan with 22.4% year-on-year declination; joint-equity cooperative enterprises realized total industrial output value of 241.88 million Yuan with 24.3% year-on-year declination; corporate enterprises realized total industrial output value of 19.87524 billion Yuan with 3.6% year-on-year declination; other enterprises realized total industrial output value of 1.00973 billion Yuan with 5.6% year-on-year declination; collective enterprises realized total industrial output value of 250.22 million Yuan with 95.8% year-on-year growth; foreign and Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan investment enterprises realized total industrial value of 11.51380 billion Yuan with 1.3% year-on-year growth.

     Over base-line equipment manufacturing industry occupied more than 50%. There were 121 equipment manufacturing enterprises, realized total industrial output value of 20.39659 billion Yuan, occupied 52% of over base-line industry in the whole district, year-on-year declination was 7.8%; manufacturing industry of computer, communication and other electronic devices, automobile, instruments and meters continued increasing tendency, in which instrument and meter manufacturing industry was particularly thriving with 48.9% year-on-year growth.

     It boosted Dalian automobile industry to develop. There were 8 enterprises of automobile manufacturing industry and relevant supporting industry, in the full year, it realized total industrial output value of 1.88548 billion Yuan with nearly 10% growth than previous year, total output values kept 36.8% year-on-year growth.

     Main business income held the level with the corresponding period. The whole district realized main business income of 31.24146 billion Yuan and held the basic line with previous year. Seen from light and heavy industry, supporting function of heavy industry was obvious, it realized main business income of 22.65311 billion Yuan with 2.5% year-on-year growth, occupied 72.5% of total main business income amount in the whole district.

     Profit and tax growth was obvious. Over base-line industry in the whole district realized total profit amount of 1.53471 billion Yuan with 3.9% year-on-year growth, in which state-owned enterprises were 338.76 million Yuan with 12.7% year-on-year declination; collective enterprises were 490,000 Yuan with 89.2% year-on-year declination; joint-equity enterprises were 530.34 million Yuan with 18.9% year-on-year declination, foreign, Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan investing enterprises were 667.96 million Yuan with 59.9% year-on-year growth. The whole district realized total profit amount of 2.85324 billion Yuan with 8.6% year-on-year growth, growth rate increased 13.3% more than the corresponding period.

     The whole district owned 276 enterprises with qualifications in construction industry, among these, there were 97 construction and installation enterprises, 107 housing and civil construction enterprises, 36 construction and decoration enterprises, 36 other construction enterprises. Contracted amount was 40.13412 billion Yuan.

     In the whole district, there were 11.59 million square meters housing construction area for construction enterprises with registration and qualification, in which new housing construction area was 4.57 million square meters, occupied 39.4% of construction area.

     Construction enterprises with qualification in the whole district completed 22.14024 billion Yuan with 23.3% year-on-year declination, in which, construction engineering output value was 17.27198 billion Yuan, installation engineering output value was 3.58876 billion Yuan, construction engineering output value occupied 78.0% of total output value.
